Rehabilitation goals

What rehabilitation means
Rehabilitation is supposed to be, what it originally means: restoring the abilities. Unfortunately, for most patients their usual rehabilitation is limited to a small number of procedures, for example few hours of PT per week. With such measures only a decline in patient's condition may be avoided - any improvement in abilities is hard to imagine. |
Why ADELI Centre ?
The ADELI Centre is unique. We combine achievements of space medicine with new information about human central nervous system. In order to achieve the highest possible success, every patient is treated individually by his own group of 5-6 specialists. The therapy takes many hours daily and consists of several completely different procedures, where every contributes to the overall effectiveness. |
|
Whom do we help and how ?
The ADELI Centre helps people suffering for motor disorders of various nerological origins. The improvement is achieved in 98% of the cases, also in later and heavier forms of the condition - where conventional methods are practically powerless. Most success is obvious in the walking ability, speech and self-care abilities. The treatment also has a massive positive influence on the cognitive, as well as visual, acoustic and tactile functions.
|
What is it for ?
Restored - or for some - new abilities mean a more independent and better life. If someone cannot move, eat, or go to bathroom without help from carers or family - it is for him/her a great success to become less dependent and demanding on surrounding people. For the person concerned, it means among other things a higher self-esteem and confidence.
