We generally need short anamnesis (history of illness/condition development) and all available medical reports taht you have from your doctors. After we receive those from you, they are examined by chief doctors of the ADELI Centre who will prepare their statement for you.

Does my insurance institution take over the costs?
Due to the fact that our patients come from all over the world, we can not make a general statement on this question. In every case our patients are advised individually by their coordinator: if you get zero, partial or full reimbursement, and which documents you need to prepare before (!) and after your visit to our institute.

In case you arrive and depart by plane we pick you up and bring you back to the international airports of Vienna or Bratislava - your coordinator will need your flight details respectively. If you arrive be car - a route plan can be sent to you in advance.

In general it is not a problem - please inform your coordinator before your arrival, so arrangements with the hotels can be made.
